We understand that sometimes you may need to send an item back for either an exchange or refund, both are acceptable but please read the information below.

Returns and exchanges-

All returns are accepted but at buyers expense, this means you will need to pay for the postage to send the item back. For free local delivery returns, items can be dropped back to the shop at no charge.

All Items to be returned have a 14 day return policy from the day it was purchased, we cannot accept returns after 14 days are over.
